Subject: Australian court opinion
If anyone could help me with the following request, I would greatly
appreciate it. We have a professor who is trying to locate a copy of an
opinion reportedly handed down within the last two months by the highest court
of Australian concerning aboriginal rights to some island off the coast. We
have done extensive searching on Lexis but have been unable to locate it. Any
suggestions?
