Announcing:
The CALI Listserv at Chicago-Kent College of Law
The Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction (CALI) is pleased
to announce a LISTSERV discussion group called CALI-L, which is available
now to anyone interested in the use of technology in legal education in
general, and specifically, using, authoring, and maintaining CALI lessons.
There will also be (seasonally) information about AALS, AALL, and the
CALI Conference for Law School Computing Professionals.
If you are a LAW STUDENT, use the CALI-L to get information about CALI
lessons, and provide us with your comments. What kinds of lessons do you
like? What works? What doesn't work? We want to hear from you - you
are our market. Share your information with your fellow students. Help
improve our product and the quality of computer-assisted instruction in
law.
If you are a LAW PROFESSOR, learn what students think about CALI lessons,
and learn how you can become a CALI author. Develop materials to make
your class easier to teach, while at the same time improving the quality
of your students' understanding. Find out how you can become a CALI author
and start on the road to fame and fortune (well, maybe). Learn about
CALI's initiatives in electronic publishing and multimedia!
If you are a CALI School Representative, get answers to your technical
questions faster by sharing your questions and expertise with other CALI
reps. Get the earliest information about next year's CALI Conference so
you can plan ahead!
