Attention volunteers who are working on the vendor price tracking project:
I am trying, at this late date, to identify a time and place for an informal gettogether of our members during AALL.
Can we try for 3:30 PM on Wednesday - July 14th? (All programs seem to break at 3:00 PM and the closing event begins at 6:00)
This would just be for about 30 minutes so we can meet each other
face to face and just see what's happening.
I am trying to reach local headquarters to see if they can get us a room
for this 30 minute time, otherwise the lobbey or lounge of one of the hotels
should do just fine. I will fax this individually as well to try to catch
you all before you leave for Boston. If, by tonight I still don't know
where -- I'll post messages on the message board for each of you to announce
the location.
I will be at the Lenox Hotel 617-536-5300 from about 3PM Saturday on.
