"Individual Access to the Internet," the compilation of lists of
individual Internet access providers, is now available via
gopher. The complete file consists of the following documents:

PART I Public Dialup Internet Access List (PDIAL)

PART II NETWORK PROVIDER REFERRAL LIST, NSF Network Service Center
           (NNSC)

PART III LIMITED REFERRAL LIST, Network Providers for Low-Volume Users,
           NSF Network Service Center (NNSC)

PART IV internet-access-providers-us.txt

PART V internet-access-providers-non-us.txt

PART VI nixpub long listing--Open Access UNIX (*NIX) Sites

Each part may be retrieved individually via gopher, or the whole
listing may be searched by keyword. So, if you want to know
about Internet access providers in Boston or Bulgaria, here is
the easiest way to do it.

You can access this information in any of three ways:

(1) Add this item to your gopher server. Just add the
following link file:

Name=Milles, Individual Access to Internet (June 14, 1993)
Type=1
Port=70
Path=1gopher$root:[data._frost_campus_info._sluig._access]
Host=sluava.slu.edu

(2) Point your gopher client to sluava.slu.edu, then choose
"Library Services/SLU Law Library Services/Internet Training and
Access Info."

(3) Telnet to consultant.micro.umn.edu (or any other
telnet-accessible gopher server), then choose "Other gophers and
information servers/All the gophers in the world/North
America/USA/missouri/Saint Louis University/Library Services/SLU
Law Library Services/Internet Training and Access Info."
