The Nasdaq Stock Market (SM) and the Legal Information
Institute at Cornell Law School are pleased to announce the
availability of a hypermedia version of the Nasdaq Financial
Executive Journal (NFEJ).

The print version of the NFEJ is circulated to CEOs and CFOs of
Nasdaq companies quarterly. The electronic version anticipates
the release of the print version by approximately two weeks,
and contains its full text and illustrations.

How to access the NFEJ
======================

Preferred:
----------

The NFEJ is mounted on the WorldWideWeb in HTML format on the
Legal Information Institute Web server on
fatty.law.cornell.edu, port 80. The URL (Universal Resource
Locator) is

http://fatty.law.cornell.edu:80/usr2/wwwtext/nasdtoc.html

We strongly suggest that you use a GUI-type browser to view it,
since character-mode browsers do not display typography or
illustrations.

GUI browsers currently available include the CERN MacWWW browser for the
Macintosh, NCSA's Mosaic for XWindows, and the Legal
Information Institute's own Cello for Microsoft Windows among
others. Information on how to obtain these browsers appears at the end
of this announcement. All of them require that you have either
a direct (Ethernet) connection to the Internet, or a SLIP or
PPP connection via a dialup host.

Telnet:
-------

Those reaching the Internet through proxy dialup services and
wishing to use Telnet may telnet to fatty.law.cornell.edu
(132.236.108.5) and login as www. No password is required.
Choose NFEJ from the menu which appears.
