Re: Faculty Bibliographies

Here at USC, we are using Pro-Cite for the creation of
faculty and other bibliographies. (We are using the
latest DOS and Macintosh versions).

We have found it neither a pain to setup nor to use.
Several pre-defined bibliographic formats are available,
and we have even created a few of our own formats for
subject bibliographies. The DOS version will output
documents in WordPerfect format, and the data formats
are interchangeable between Mac and IBM.

While not "the perfect DB or Bibl software package," we
have been quite happy with it. In fact, we used it
for the creation of a 1,000 item bibliography on
"Gerontology and the Law."
