I need to obtain by noon on Monday 1/30 a copy of the Inter-American
Commercial Arbitration rules. I've tried Westlaw and found references to
them, but no full text. I've also tried contacting the Inter-American Bar
Association in D.C., but no one has called me back. I also took a look
through our limited international book collection, but with no luck. If
anyone can help me on this, I'd appreciate it!!
