A faculty member is working on a revision of different energy regulations, and
would like this issue in a digitized format. Rather than scan and clean-up
hundreds of pages, we are asking if anyone has vol. 45 #98 of the Federal
Register, Monday, May 19, 1980 in a digital format. This pre-dates the coverage
on Westlaw and LEXIS. ***This is an urgent request*** Thanks for any help.
