We have a copy of the Premerger Notification Handbook published by the
ABA in 1991. They have not issued an update since that time. We are
trying to locate a source that would contain FTC interpretive releases
on this topic. Have tried Lexis, Westlaw and CCH Trade Reports. Any
suggestions for a print or online source? Thanks for any help you can
