Seeing questions, comments and responses from all the wonderful, helpful,
knowledgeable people on this list is one of the highlights of my day! I
learn so much, and even if some if the topics don't apply directly to me,
I like seeing what other types of librarians (e.g. academics) are doing.
It stretches and inspires me, just like my membership in AALL. If
something really doesn't interest me, there's always the delete key.
Summarizing for the list or replying only to the orignal poster can be the
most appropriate options at times, of course, and sometimes we may need
reminding...Please, everyone use your best judgment in these matters, and be
tolerant if things aren't always handled in the most "efficient" way.
