Are there any state appellate courts which have adopted rules requiring
submission of disks along with paper copies of briefs? Our briefs are
growing at 8 ft. per month, which cannot be sustained into the future,
and we are considering how best to deal with this. One solution is
microform, which no one likes. We may be able to make them available
electronically, if we can get them in electronic form. Is someone
already doing this? What problems have arisen?
