When list procedure queries post to a list such as law-lib, does the list
owner/moderator usually reply or are subscribers supposed to? So far I've
seen subscribers do it, which means we all get to see these FAQs again
and again. I think the owners should, and include a brief reference list
with beginners' tools, such as Jim Milles and Internet Homesteader
the Introduction by Jim Milles and SUNY/OCLC network's Internet Homesteader.
