We are looking for recommendations for accounting software.
Here is our situation - We are currently writing manual invoices for copies,
fax, lexis/westlaw. When it comes time to dun, we manually go through the
unpaid invoices and send out notices using wordperfect. We do have a list
of who has gotten 1st, 2d, 3rd or final notice but we have no real way of
knowing who owes us a lot of money until we do this. We've figured out we
need to know sooner since some people owe us but we don't really know and we
keep letting them charge. We do about 250 invoices per month. We tried
MyInvoices ($9.95 at Office Depot) but it is slow, can't delete paid
invoices and can only hold 5000 records.
What do you use? Is it easy to use (essential!), networkable (not
necessarily required but would be nice), inexpensive, easy to set up??
If there are enough responses, I will summarize for the list so please
respond to me.
Many thanks.
