Description:
The Allen Mercer Daniel Law Library is seeking to fill a position of
Electronic Services Librarian. The position requires a candidate with
and M.L.S. or equivalent from an ALA-accredited school, and / or a J.D.
from an ABA-accredited school. Double-degree candidates and those with
prior academic computer experience will be preferred. Responsibilites
are to be responsible for the library's computer services including LEXIS
and WESTLAW, library automation system, computer lab, must interact with
the law school's computer coordinator, and maintain current awareness of
all developments in the electronics field as relates to law libraries and
library services. The successful candidate must be willing to work with
the existing staff in creating an agressive law library service program.
