A professor here is trying to find any materials put out by a task force
dealing with the codification of service contracts. He thinks it was an
ABA or and ALI/ABA or and ALI task force that was studying this topic.
I have tried many OCLC searches and also looked on WESTLAW and
LEXIS, all to no avail. The professor was not able to get much from the
ABA itself.
If anyone has run
across any materials put out by this task force or has any ideas
