Dealing with the ABA bureauracy can, at times, be very frustrating. I am looking
for the text of the revised standards for state appellate courts, supposedly
approved by the ABA House of Delegates in New Orleans this past Aug. 1994. Can
anyone refer me to a "sure bet" source where this revision can be found?
Specifivally, I am looking for the section of these standards addressing
appellate court libraries. Thanks!
