One of our Jury Commissioners was told that the State of Arizona
conducted an investigation similar to NYS's recent Jury Project in
which they examined, among other things, how jurys are perceived by the
public, why people aren't willing to serve, their treatment by court employees, etc.
If such an investigation was done, was a formal report issued and is it
possible to obtain a copy of it? Or, is there someone our Commissioner
can contact regarding the project?
