Byron Cooper asked for methods of identifying "best books" in
several law subject areas, other than asking faculty members.
You may do a search for book reviews either online or on a CD ROM
journal index. Also, Books in Print, available to many academic
law libraries through Westlaw passwords to the DIALOG databases (
the identifier is BIP), often has a book review attached to a
book listing. Search by subject.
