Help- I am trying to locate a speech he gave on July 4, 1992 in Philadelphia.
I have spoken to the city, they have no record of it, I called our local
paper but I haven't heard back yet and finally, I did a veronica search
and found many news entries. I remember the one posting- the person asked what
was going to happen to his papers? He requested that they be released
to LC but some powers-that-be were arguing against it. What happened
to them, did they get released? Where are they? I was hoping that this
specific speech might be in that collection.
Any ideas?????
