Hello,
Is there any organisation or office that gathers information on the current
projects of law reform commissions from the Common Law jurisdictions of the
world? Publications such as the Bulletin of Legal Developments report on
work just completed, but is there a central location for work in progress
or work being contemplated and, if so, is it possible to get access to
their materials?
Often, it seems, law reform takes place in the context of published work;
I'd like to find out if we can do this kind of work in the context of
unpublished materials, that is, in the "first draft" stage and even earlier
research.
If no such work is being done, I guess the only solution is to get a list
of all the law reform commissions and compile it oneself.
Is this an opportunity for a mini-list?
