I appreciate the efforts of those who are posting news of the
Colorado issue on Law-Lib. This is an important civil rights
matter of concern to many law librarians. Those who are not
interested can delete the items as long as the subject is
posted. It is curious that this major legal issue is deemed
by some to be inappropriate for posting on our list while no
comment is made about baseball games...
