Colleagues:
I am interested in your comments in response to the following question:
What do you identify as "teachable moments" and how do you utilize them to
impart legal research skills to students and/or law clerks at a point when
they are at their most receptive to such instruction?
Answers will be utilized for the "Our Question--Your Answers" column which I
edit for "Perspectives: Teaching Legal Research and Writing," the new r&w
journal which appeared this Fall. Any and all comments will be appreciated.
Thanks for your help.
