I am trying to locate the text of an Australian High Court decision
discussing the constitutionality of a federal law restricting
political speech. The name of the case is Australian Capital
Television v. Australia (S. 5 of 1992 and S. 6 of 1992). The ruling
was released 8/28/92 and the opinion was released 9/30/92.
We have been having problems with our subscription to the Australian
Law Reports advance sheets, so we do not have this decision yet. The
case is not yet on Lexis, so I do not have a citation.
If anybody has the the text of this decision or any advice on how I
might obtain it, please let me know. Thank you in advance.
