                      1994 Annual Spring Institute

                    ISSUES IN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Participants in this one day educational program will gain knowledge about
various aspects of intellectual property, why protection is necessary, and
current issues facing this dynamic area of the law on both the federal and
international levels.

The program will be held April 15, 1994 in the luxurious surroundings of
the Westin St. Francis Hotel, located in San Francisco's Union Square.
Registration, including luncheon and reception is $65 for SLA or NOCALL
members and $75 for non-members. Registration deadline is March 20, 1994.
