Here is an easy way to get US Supreme Court Opinions:
Telnet to info.umd.edu
Select 4 for Educational Resources
Select 17 for United States
Select 2 for Supreme Court
Select 11 for 1994 term (at this point I would suggest typing "a" without
the quotes to make a bookmark at this spot--then anytime you want to
gopher just type "v" and you will see a list of your marked spots in
cyberspace, select the one you want and you're there without going through
this again)
At this point you will be looking at the list of 1994 cases. Highlight
the one you want and push enter. When you are in the case, push q to
quit. You will be given the D for download option. Note that it is a
capital D. If you can, choose zmodem--it's easiest. The opinion will be
downloaded to whatever directory you have designated as your download
directory on your home system. Good luck!
