quotations help

I have been asked to find quotations on two topics and I
am running into some difficulty. Any help or suggeston
would be greatly apprecitated.
The first topic is a quote on the evils of bail bondsmen--
preferably from someone well known. The second quote is
to say something to the effect that if an injustice is not
addressed, it will keep reappearing. (Preference to ancient
Greeks or well-known Germans).
