Re: Problems with Dynamic Information

I would also benefit from any ideas of other sources to use. I have never
used Dynamic Information, but I do use UMI quite a lot and have had very
similar experiences. They often do not reach deadlines, they seem unable
to notify you at the time that you place an order that they either do not
have an issue or do not have permissions to provide copies, they will not
service federal express orders if placed after 11:30 am, etc. And when I
call them to discuss problems, depending on who you speak to, they can be
very nice or very rude. Basically, I get the impression that they feel
they have a monopoly on access to many of the materials and THERE IS NOT
NEED TO IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I am desparate to find someone else to give my business to!!!!
