The following information is provided in response to Mary Stultz's inquiry
about online sources for current continuing legal education (CLE) programs
or seminars.

The American Bar Association CLE Catalog database (AMBAR-CLE) is available
on WESTLAW, through an agreement between West Publishing Company and the
American Bar Association. The AMBAR-CLE database contains information
about continuing legal education program listings throughout the United States. Several thousand program listings may be in the database at any given time.
The database is updated approximately two times per week. Each listing
includes a summary containing CLE program fee, hours, format, leval of
instruction and location information, as well as information pertaining
to sponsoring and registering groups and/or organizations. A date
restriction can be used to search for CLE programs being offered on a
particular date and a summary field search can be used to search for
CLE programs being offered in a particular city or state.

CLE course materials published in the Continuing Legal Education course
handbook collections are also available on WESTLAW and can be found in
the Texts & Periodicals - All Law Reviews, Texts & Bar Journals database
(TP-ALL) and in the Journals and Law Reviews database (JLR).

The American Law Institute-American Bar Association Continuing Legal
Education database (ALI-ABA) contains selected documents in a wide range
of topical areas that have appeared in ALI-ABA continuing legal education
pamphlets, including: Course of Study Materials, Video Law Materials, or
Resource Materials.

The Practising Law Institute database (PLI) contains selected documents
from nine PLI Continuing Legal Education Course Handbook Series.
