To the best of my knowledge, they are not available.
However, you should know the following:
The United States Supreme Court has opinions from 1982 in typesetting
format. We have specifically requested that these computer files be made
public and have been refused.
The United States Air Force has about 50 years worth of decisions. We
have submitted a FOIA request for that data and, were specifically
refused, indeed two days ago.
Also, the 1990 Hermes decisions have been superseded by the versions in
the Preliminary Print to the US Reports. We have spefically requested the
Court to disseminate via Hermes the computer versions of the
currently issued Preliminary Print and the United States reports, and have
been specifically refused.
