Greetings Everyone--

I am seeking a copy of a case that

a) has either Ormco or Sybron as one of the parties
b) has to do with a patent infringement that declared the
Daisly Patent (#4,415,330) invalid
c) is is somewhere in the Southern District of California's
court process

I have looked in Lexis/Westlaw & even did a stint in the
9th Circs BBS in case the atty was incorrect. Of course
this was "I heard from another attorney who heard about..."
type of story.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd greatly
appreciate it.
