I need a complete legislative history of the National Housing Act. I am
concerned with section 1721 of 12 USC or section 306 of the Act. Can you
refer me to a microfiche or bound compilation. I have USCCAN, but it is
not adequate for this research. I also have access to government
depository libraries, but I am looking for a short cut.
