Hi,

A visiting scholar, who will lecture at our school next week, faxed
us her student reading list yesterday. We do not have two of the
sources she listed. Can anyone out there can lend us volume 1 of the
All-European Human Rights Yearbook (1991) and the book "Human Rights
in Europe" by Ralph Beddard (Grotius, 1993)? We will be more than
happy to pay any ILL and rush charges.
