Colleagues,
I am cataloging and processing some student seminar papers from a
1992 water law class. Many of the papers deal heavily with what is/are
variously called: "Model Water Code" or "Model State Water Rights
Allocation Code" or Model States Water Allocation Code." In all cases,
second draft, 1992. One paper ascribes or suggests that these/this
are/is promulgated by the American Society of Civil Engineers. Since the
Blue Book citations are hardly bastions of thoroughness, and since the
Prof. has apparently flown the coop at least temporarily, can anyone
give me a definitive title/s citations, source?
