Subject: ARIEL

I am trying to trace background information on the ARIEL
document imaging project. ARIEL was mentioned in the 1992
preliminary report by Harry Martin on 'International Access
to Legislative Information'. I can trace no activity within
the United Kingdom on this subject although one person
has mentioned seeing a demonstration at Rutgers when visiting the US.
