Could some kind soul(s) report on highlights of two meetings held this
February in Washington, D.C. for the benefit of LAW-LIBers?:

     1. AALL Winter Institute on Foreign Legal Systems at LC;

     2. NLRC & TS SIS town meeting on issues related to the classification
         of legal materials.
