After receiving a message from a member of this list this morning
indicating that there had been no law-lib for a couple of days I
looked into the situation. I discovered that there was an invalid
entry in the list that was causing the system to reject all messages
sent to the list. As you can see that entry has been fixed so that
messages will now be properly delivered.
