Law Review subscriptions

I would like to know how many law school libraries pay for subscriptions to
their own law schools' law reviews and journals. At South Carolina, not only
does the Law Library have to pay for five copies of the South Carolina Law
Review, but we are being charged the rate charged to non-South Carolina bar
members, rather than the reduced rate for South Carolina bar members. This
situation seems ludicrous to me since we subsidize the law review by paying
for law review office copies of digests and Law Week. Maybe this is not
unique practice but I sure would like to know how other law libraries are
treated. Thanks. Marsha Baum, Univ. of South Carolina
