Wes, at Vermont Law School Library we have student workers filing almost all of
our looseleafs. A part-time employee trains and supervises the students.
So far, it has worked reasonably well. We know who is assigned to file
which looseleaf, so there is some accountability. I would be interested
in the results of your query.
