ARL's Office of Management Services has a new SPEC Kit: Kit #186, "The
Emerging Virtual Research Library." Apparently ARL conducted a survey to
see what progress its member libraries had made towards the virtual
library. The kit reports on the survey and reprints documentation from
several institutions.
(I have not seen the kit. I'm just parroting a notice I saw in our
university library system's weekly electronic newsletter.)
