Why, oh why on a Friday before a Holiday.

I need to get my hands on the Rules promolageted(spelling)
by the MUNICIPAL SECURITIES RULEMAKING BOARD.

I find references in the CFR, etc. but not the Rules.

Can anyone give me a lead as to where I can find these.
