Does anyone know where to find the'New York City Prime Rate'?
Does such a thing exist? Is it published somewhere on-line or in print?
I tried Westlaw and Lexis. I called Chase Manhatten and got its prime
rate, but I haven't found any reference to a NYC prime rate.
