Would some kind soul be willing to fax me a copy of sample bylaws for a
Colorado corporation? (I don't have access to Colorado form books
through my usual sources and the attorney doesn't want to use the model
bylaws in Am Jur Legal Forms or Fletcher's Corporation Forms.) Will be
happy to pay for fax charges. Thanks for any help.
