We have been informed recently that we can obtain supplementary funds from
our university in order to build up our collection of legal materials on the
CISG (United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods (Vienna
Sales Convention) of 1980. Actually, we have almost all that has been
published in Germany and France, but we are very weak on the other
countries, especially Great Britain and the US (I've heard that Professors
Brand and Fletcher have recently published a book on the subject, but have
no further information).
Unfortunately, in order to obtain the money, we have to present until
January, 2d a detailed list indicating
- author and title
- editor
- ISBN
- and the price
of the books.
Can anybody on the list - especially from UK or US - help me by providing
data about books published on the CISG and related topics, such as uniform
commercial law in general, international sales law in general.
