Frank-

You raise a very interesting issue. Back when MDC was first put on the
block, there were questions about whether or not the New York Times would
be obligated under its contract with Mead Data. I wonder if the NY Times
is still considering dropping Nexis. I'm not sure why they would, but I
know it was raised back in April or May. Scary.
