I am in desperate need of ERISA PRIVATE PROHIBITED TRANSACTION EXEMPTION
90-32. It is dated June 6, 1990 and deals with sale of assets. I have been
told it
is not in the Pension Plan Guide, the library copy is in an attorney's
office (the door is closed and she will be in conference all day)
