I am looking for an Indiana statute concerning HMOs (Health Maintenance
Organizations) and the services they are required to provide. I have been
dabling on Westlaw, but can't come up with an exact hit. Does such a stat
exist? Some phrases given to me were indemnity plan mandate, benefit plan
mandate. Any ideas any of you in Indiana?
