AMA Journals/Mead Data

Today I learned from Mead Data customer service that all the AMA journals
have been eliminated from Nexis and GENMED. The customer service rep
could not explain why. The local reps in Chicago had not heard of it
either. Does anyone know why? My guess is having been bought out by Reed
Elsevier who see themselves in competition with AMA publications.

A useful alternative is DIALOG file 442 which contains AMA journals online.
Coverage of the Journal of the AMA is from 1/82, the same coverage that
was provided by Mead Data.
