Use of Inmagic for case files?

Hello,

Does any one use Inmagic for records management of case files? We have
centralized file rooms and a high volume of case files being circulated
in and out in a way that seems to cause a lot of errors in our current
record keeping. We are exploring using Inmagic to keep track of the
files, but are not sure as to how far to take it.

Does anyone bar code their firm's case files?

I realize that this isn't a direct library application, but would
appreciate any tips anyone could give.
