Dear Law-libbers
I am urgently in need of information on how to find which American states
have enacted "age discrimination in employment" statutes or "mandatory
retirement statutes".
I also need to find out which Canadian provinces have enacted "age
discrimination" statutes or have abolished mandatory retirement by statute.
I would welcome the names of statutes/states/provinces or how to actually
find this information. I would welcome an answer today if possible.
