Hi, I'm a student at the U. of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and I have
been trying to locate the name of a Texas-based periodical that reports
on reprimanded or disciplined lawyers. It was mentioned in the Wall
Street Journal approx. six months ago. Apparently the publisher was
swindled by his lawyer, sued for compensation, and after winning, is
trying to help others in need of legal help avoid his mistake. The legal
library here has not been able to help, and instead sent me to the Net
for more info. Please write back if you have any information. I would be
very greatful.
